Flag Soldiers
Even though technology has greatly improved and communications systems have progressed, flag semaphore continues to remain as a communication method of the army. When carrying out a mission, sometimes the radio must stay silent due to safety or confidentiality considerations. Under these circumstances, flag semaphore can be used. On an overpass that connects two MRT platforms, these flag soldiers concentrate on rehearsing flag semaphore. If a communications system breaks down, they can use flag signals to conduct trains and ensure safety.
